Materials and Manufacture:
The tubes are manufactured from flat-rolled steel by automatic
welding process.
Delivery Condition:
1. As welded
2. Welded and annealed
3. Cold reduced
4. Cold reduced and annealed
Inside diameter bead:
a. Bead not removed
b. Bead controlled to 0.005 in. (0.13mm) or 15% of the specified
wall thicknes, whichever is greater
c. Bead removed
Surface Finish:
Tubes surface are free of scale
Packing:
In bundles with outside protection and seaworthy packing
Wooden box, crate, cartons, with a lifts on the bundles for easy
loading and unloading
